The study of feasibility proves the economic sustainability and the urban and architectural feasibility of the intervents for the improvement of the ex-Albergo Posta and the relocation there of the civic functions now located between the main street and the Rabbiosa river.
The target of the intervents is to concentrate in a landmark of the town, as the historic building of Albergo Posta is, all the civic functions.
To finance the renewal and the improvement of Albergo Posta there is the proposal to build a new residential complex with commercial facilities, office spaces along a green area overlooking the Rabbiosa river. The settlement will increase the actual volumetries, without renouncing the green.
